The Commercial Transactions Practice Group represents banks and mortgage lenders in interests throughout Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.  This group prides itself on its commitment to client service and satisfaction.  Our telephones are answered in person by our receptionist, who is happy to direct your call. 

The firm is a member of the Lawyers Information Network Communication System (LINCS), and has access to LenStar, Pacer, VendorScape, and NewInvoice. Our foreclosure department maintains a 49-day time line with Missouri foreclosures. The group's file tracking system allows immediate access to a file's status for reporting. We gladly provide status reports upon client request and we will modify our status reporting and billing procedures to meet individual client needs.

The law firm is a member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT) and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. In addition to required continuing education, our attorneys and professional staff in the Commercial Transactions Practice Group attend conferences and seminars to advance their knowledge of commercial transaction procedures, mortgage banking law, and real estate foreclosure practices.
