Thomas Noonan has been the principal of The Law Offices of Noonan & Wiseman, P.C., since October of 1992. Mr. Noonan has extensive experience in insurance defense and commercial litigation including Commercial Bankruptcy, Creditor Bankruptcy, Foreclosures, Insurance, Insurance Defense, Real Estate Bankruptcy and Real Estate Foreclosure. As lead trial counsel, Mr. Noonan has tried over 100 jury trials in most venues of Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois.

Distinction
Mr. Noonan was recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in the Top Verdicts of 1999 issue published on February 28, 2000. The Missouri Lawyers Weekly published a review of the Top 20 defense verdicts throughout the State of Missouri. The case tried by Mr. Noonan was listed as the 13th best verdict in the State of Missouri for 1999.
